  I visited First Church of God the last 2 weeks and was made to feel welcome immediately by the greeters. The worship was wonderful and brought me into the presence of God. Pastor Lawrence's message on the church being the church and taking action was so inspired. He did a beautiful job of condensing chapters 21-28 of Acts this past Sunday. I would recommend this church to anyone looking for a friendly biblically based church.

  The best church family you could ever ask for I have been with Chambersburg first Church of god for 11 years now they have been there for me and my daughter through the loss of my husband they have shown me what Christ unconditional love looks like through their words and actions I am very blessed to have them as my family
